THE ROLE OF CUSTOMER-CENTRIC STRATEGIES IN BUSINESS SUCCESS
This research examined the role of customer-centric strategies in business success, with objectives to evaluate how these strategies enhance customer satisfaction, assess their impact on loyalty, and analyze their role in driving business performance. A survey research design was employed to gather comprehensive data from a broad sample, providing robust insights. Taro Yamane’s formula was used to determine a sample size of 360 respondents from the retail industry in Lagos. The reliability coefficient score for the survey was 0.89, indicating strong reliability. Findings indicated that customer-centric strategies significantly enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and business performance. Recommendations include adopting and continuously refining customer-centric strategies to drive business success and customer loyalty.
